No apps to install, no uploads, no forms to fill in. We reply with the page count, the fixed price and a completion time.
Cost
What it costs
£25 per page as an indicative figure. On a larger set there is usually room for a discount, and short or repetitive documents are not charged as full pages.
You receive a fixed price in writing before any work begins, and nothing is payable until you accept it.
Turnaround time

24 hours from payment for a full set of documents.
If you need it sooner, tell us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Certification
What "certified" actually means
Every translation comes with a signed, dated Certificate of Accuracy on company letterhead, naming the translator who did the work. That is the document the Home Office asks for.
Stamps, seals and handwritten notes in the margins are translated too, and nothing is summarised or left out. If a Home Office or Tribunal rejection is ever attributable to our translation quality, we re-issue the translation with a fresh Certificate of Accuracy at no cost.
Your privacy
Your documents stay yours
Send us only what needs translating. We use your documents for the translation and for nothing else. They are not shared outside the company, not used to train anything, and never passed to any authority.
We keep them only as long as the work requires, and we delete them for good whenever you ask — just say so on WhatsApp.
Asylum and legal papers are treated as special-category data under UK GDPR. MENDEE.DIGITAL LTD is a registered data controller with the ICO (ZC101023).
Scope of our service
What we can and cannot do
We translate documents. That is the whole of what we do, and we do it properly.
We are not immigration advisers. MENDEE.DIGITAL LTD is not registered with the UK Immigration Advice Authority, so we cannot tell you which documents to submit, how to present your case, or what your chances are. We are not being unhelpful: advising on immigration without being registered is a criminal offence in the UK, and advice from the wrong source can damage a claim.
If you need advice, instruct an IAA-regulated adviser or a solicitor. The government keeps a free directory at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser.
What we will do is translate exactly what you send us, in full, and certify it so that the Home Office and UK courts accept it.
