What certified translation costs.
A certified translation from Central Asia Translations costs about £25 per page for Tajik, Uzbek and Russian documents. That is an indicative figure: you receive a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and nothing is payable until you accept it. Short or repetitive pages are not charged as full pages, and larger sets usually attract a discount.

How the price is worked out
We count the pages from your photos and state the count together with the price, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. A single-page birth or marriage certificate is about £25.
Short pages and repetitive ones — the near-identical pages of a bank statement, for example — are not charged as full pages. On a larger set there is usually room for a discount.
What is included
The translation of everything on the page, stamps, seals and handwriting included; the signed, dated Certificate of Accuracy naming the translator; and a re-issue at no cost if a Home Office or Tribunal rejection is ever attributable to the quality of our translation.
What changes the price
Volume, and how dense the pages are. Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Ukrainian are on-request languages and are priced per job, with the time confirmed alongside the price. If you have a deadline sooner than 24 hours, tell us and we will say honestly whether it is achievable.
Law firms
Firms are quoted per matter, typically within one working hour during business hours. Legal-aid work is billed at LAA-compliant rates, invoices are itemised per document and addressed to the firm, on 14-day terms. Details are on the page for solicitors.
How to order
Photograph the document on your phone — the whole page in frame, text readable, and the back if anything is written there — and send it to us on WhatsApp. There is nothing to install and no form to fill in.
We reply with the page count, a fixed price and a completion time. Nothing is payable until you accept the price in writing.

How much does it cost to translate a document in the UK?
At Central Asia Translations, about £25 per page for Tajik, Uzbek and Russian documents, certified. The figure is indicative; the price you are given in writing before work starts is the fixed price for the job.
Do I pay before or after the translation?
You pay once you have accepted the written price. The 24-hour turnaround runs from payment.
Is the Certificate of Accuracy charged separately?
No. Every translation comes with its signed, dated Certificate of Accuracy; it is part of the price.
Do you translate Kazakh, Kyrgyz or Ukrainian documents?
On request. Tajik, Uzbek and Russian are translated by our own staff. Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Ukrainian go to a vetted linguist engaged for the job: we tell you before quoting, the price and time are confirmed per job, and no document is passed on without your agreement.
