What to send
Send a clear PDF or a photograph of every page, including the reverse if it contains text or stamps. Include any attached apostille that needs translation. Tell us your deadline and the spelling of your name in Latin letters, as in your passport.
What your translation includes
We translate the information present in the certificate, including entries stating that no records were found. Reference numbers, dates, issuing authority details and visible authentication text are retained. Nothing is added to blank fields.
If the receiving organisation has sent you translation requirements, include them with your document so we can check the requested format before payment.
How to order
Photograph the document on your phone — the whole page in frame, text readable, and the back if anything is written there — and send it to us on WhatsApp. There is nothing to install and no form to fill in.
We reply with the page count, a fixed price and a completion time. Nothing is payable until you accept the price in writing.
Questions
How much does a police certificate translation cost?
From £25 per page as an indicative price. Send all pages and we will confirm the total before you pay.
Do you need the paper original?
A clear scan or photograph is usually enough for us to translate. The receiving organisation decides whether it also needs an original document.
Can you translate an electronic certificate?
Yes. Send the complete PDF, including any electronic-signature or verification pages. We translate visible information; translation does not authenticate the source document.
When will it be ready?
Usually 1–2 working days after payment. We confirm your delivery date with the quote. Tell us if you have an urgent deadline.
