Documents from Tajikistan
Civil-registry certificates of birth, marriage, divorce and death; passports and ID; diplomas and transcripts; police clearance; bank and employment documents; court documents. For law firms: witness statements, country evidence and asylum bundles.
Tajik is written in Cyrillic, and official documents often carry Russian alongside it. A full translation covers both languages, the stamps and seals, and any handwritten entries.
One spelling of each name
Tajik names reach English by more than one route — through Tajik, through Russian, and through whatever the passport office chose. We transliterate each name one way across the whole set and match it to the passport if you send the photo page. Where originals disagree, a translator’s note says so.

What “certified” means in the UK
England and Wales have no sworn translators. A certified translation is one that carries a written confirmation that it is a true and accurate translation of the original, with the date, a name, a signature and contact details, so that the body receiving it can check who stands behind it.
Ours comes as a Certificate of Accuracy on company letterhead. It names the translator who did the work and is signed and dated by the director of MENDEE LTD, an ITI Affiliate. Notarisation and apostille are separate steps carried out by a notary and by the FCDO; we translate and certify, we are not notaries.

How much does a certified Tajik translation cost?
About £25 per page as an indicative figure. You receive a fixed price in writing before any work begins, short or repetitive pages are not charged as full pages, and larger sets usually attract a discount.
Do you translate from English into Tajik?
Our certified work is into English. If you need English into Tajik, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.
Will the Home Office accept the translation?
The Certificate of Accuracy carries what the Home Office guidance asks for: confirmation that the translation is accurate, the date, the translator’s full name, a signature and contact details. If a rejection is ever attributable to the quality of our translation, we re-issue it with a fresh certificate at no cost. We cannot advise on the application itself.
Do you need the original document?
No. A clear photo of the whole page, and of the back if anything is written there, is enough for the translation. Whether the body you are applying to wants to see your original is for them to say.
