We translate bank statements, salary certificates and other financial documents from Tajik, Uzbek and Russian into English and certify them for UK use. Figures, dates, account details, stamps and bank signatures are reproduced exactly, and nothing is summarised. Statements are repetitive, so they are not charged at the full per-page rate: you get a fixed price in writing, from the page count, before any work starts.

Every line, exactly
Amounts are never rounded and currencies are never converted: the translation shows what the statement shows. Transaction descriptions, column headings, the bank’s stamp and the signature block are all translated, and the layout is kept so the translation can be checked against the original line by line.
What we cannot tell you
Which statements to provide, for which period, and whether the balance is sufficient are questions about your application, not about the translation. We are not immigration advisers and cannot answer them.
How to order
Photograph the document on your phone — the whole page in frame, text readable, and the back if anything is written there — and send it to us on WhatsApp. There is nothing to install and no form to fill in.
We reply with the page count, a fixed price and a completion time. Nothing is payable until you accept the price in writing.
What “certified” means in the UK
England and Wales have no sworn translators. A certified translation is one that carries a written confirmation that it is a true and accurate translation of the original, with the date, a name, a signature and contact details, so that the body receiving it can check who stands behind it.
Ours comes as a Certificate of Accuracy on company letterhead. It names the translator who did the work and is signed and dated by the director of MENDEE LTD, an ITI Affiliate. Notarisation and apostille are separate steps carried out by a notary and by the FCDO; we translate and certify, we are not notaries.
Questions
How much does it cost to translate a bank statement?
It depends on the number of pages and how dense they are. Statement pages are repetitive, and repetitive pages are not charged at the full £25 page rate. Send photos and you will have the page count and a fixed price in writing before any work begins.
Do you convert the amounts into pounds?
No. Amounts and currencies are shown exactly as in the original. A translation reproduces the document; it does not recalculate it.
How many months of statements do I need?
That is a question about your application, and we are not immigration advisers. Check the guidance for your application or ask a regulated adviser; we translate whatever you need translated.
Will the Home Office accept the translation?
The Certificate of Accuracy carries what the Home Office guidance asks for: confirmation that the translation is accurate, the date, the translator’s full name, a signature and contact details. If a rejection is ever attributable to the quality of our translation, we re-issue it with a fresh certificate at no cost. We cannot advise on the application itself.
Do you translate Kazakh, Kyrgyz or Ukrainian documents?
On request. Tajik, Uzbek and Russian are translated by our own staff. Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Ukrainian go to a vetted linguist engaged for the job: we tell you before quoting, the price and time are confirmed per job, and no document is passed on without your agreement.
