Central Asia Translations takes certified Kazakh to English translation on request. Kazakh is not one of our in-house languages: the work goes to a vetted linguist engaged for the job, we tell you so before quoting, and no document is passed on without your agreement. The Certificate of Accuracy names the translator and is signed by our director. Russian-language documents issued in Kazakhstan are translated in-house, at about £25 a page within 24 hours of payment.

How on-request work is handled
When you send a Kazakh document we tell you straight away that it is an on-request language, what it will cost and how long it will take. Nothing is sent to the translator until you have agreed.
The translator is bound by a confidentiality agreement and receives only the documents needed for the job. The finished translation is certified by us: the Certificate of Accuracy names the translator and carries the signature of the director of MENDEE LTD, an ITI Affiliate.
Documents from Kazakhstan
Documents from Kazakhstan are in Kazakh (Cyrillic, with a Latin script being introduced), in Russian, or in both on the same page.
Where a document is entirely in Russian, it is translated in-house by our staff translator. Where it is in Kazakh, or in both languages, the whole document is handled as an on-request job so that one translator is responsible for all of it.
How to order
Photograph the document on your phone — the whole page in frame, text readable, and the back if anything is written there — and send it to us on WhatsApp. There is nothing to install and no form to fill in.
We reply with the page count, a fixed price and a completion time. Nothing is payable until you accept the price in writing.
What “certified” means in the UK
England and Wales have no sworn translators. A certified translation is one that carries a written confirmation that it is a true and accurate translation of the original, with the date, a name, a signature and contact details, so that the body receiving it can check who stands behind it.
Ours comes as a Certificate of Accuracy on company letterhead. It names the translator who did the work and is signed and dated by the director of MENDEE LTD, an ITI Affiliate. Notarisation and apostille are separate steps carried out by a notary and by the FCDO; we translate and certify, we are not notaries.
Questions
Is Kazakh translated in-house?
No. Tajik, Uzbek and Russian are translated by our own staff. Kazakh goes to a vetted linguist engaged for the job; we say so before quoting, and no document is passed on without your agreement.

My documents from Kazakhstan are in Russian. Is that different?
Yes. Russian-language documents issued in Kazakhstan are translated in-house, at about £25 a page and within 24 hours of payment.
Will the Home Office accept the translation?
The Certificate of Accuracy carries what the Home Office guidance asks for: confirmation that the translation is accurate, the date, the translator’s full name, a signature and contact details. If a rejection is ever attributable to the quality of our translation, we re-issue it with a fresh certificate at no cost. We cannot advise on the application itself.
